For studying the fundamental concepts of electric motor, a two-pole armature connected with a commutator fitted on the shaft mounted vertically between two disc magnets. Two brushes made of phosphorous bronze connected with 4mm sockets mounted on the top of the assembly just touch with commutators. Whole assembly fitted on a mounted circular plastic base. 4-6V DC is required to run the motor
