Construction Detail

Refrigerator is double walled. Outer body of our Lab Freezer are constructed out of thick steel/aluminum sheets, painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of 304 grades. The 100mm gap between the walls is insulated with high grade poly uretherane insulation, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency. Outer

Panels

The outer panels of our entire Lab Freezer are made of galvanized mild steel having a superior bacteria resistance coating for greater hygiene. Cooling:- An energy efficient cooling unit is installed in our Lab Refrigerator. We use ISI marked high end CFC free Compressors of Kirloskar/Tecumesh/Denfoss make, conforming to latest international standards and guidelines.

Features

1. Mounted on a sturdy angle frame the inner chamber is made up of stainless steel 304 grade with 26 SGW and outer of mild steel(C.R Sheet) 20 & 22 SGW duly enamel painted. 2. Double walled units have thick PUF insulation between inner and outer wall. 3. The temperature is maintained with in 2ºC to 8ºC. Temperature is controlled by Digital Indicator-cum-Controller. 4. Unit is provied with Audio Visual Alarm which triggers in the event of fluctuation exceeding permitted tolerance. 5. Besides outer double walled door, a full view inner glass door allows inspection of test samples without disturbing the inner chamber conditions. 6. Unit is also fitted with Power Supply Failure Alarm as a safety device Three or four drawers are provided for holding laboratory material. 7. CFC Free ECO Friendly Compressor. 8.
