• A tank containing the liquid of elution, in stainless steel
• A tank containing the washing solution made of stainless steel
• A tank containing the product elution
• A centrifugal pump

Sampling

• A digital thermometer in the finding tank
• A rotameter
• A control cabinet including the control and security devises in painted steel
• The analyses are done in laboratory.

Optional equipment :

1. Temperature/Heating control and Pt100 probe 2. Resin for extraction of the whey protein (500g)
